Fish in the Sea

Gone is the sun, my day is goin' so quickly
The reefs are gettin' prickly as the tide slips on away
Hitched a ride to Maho, got dropped off on my chacos
Made my way up the hillside, to your arms beside the sea.

Cigeretts in my pocket, but my matches all got wet
I keep tryin' to love a good woman, but I ain't quite loved one yet.
The grapes are in the garden, the fish are in the sea
Wish you'd come on out baby and make a little love to me.

Sweet as a mornin' rain, I'm gone but not forgotten
My boats they all got rotten, so I sunk 'em in the bay
Lit up all my candles, just hopin' to make a light
I'm gonna shine you back into my world tonight.
